2019 September 22: Karen and Scott Fowler

Sunday, September 22, 2019: Karen and Scott Fowler arranged with Sunshine Solaas, the Hanna Basin Museum coordinator, for a special date and time to open the Hanna Basin Museum. They wanted to research family member E. O. Christiansen who was working and living in Hanna when the March 29, 1908 explosion of Union Pacific Coal Company's No. 1 mine in Hanna occurred. The Fowler's visited the museum and visited the south entrance to the No. 1 mine.
