Weikko Jussila: U.S. Army Field Artillery, World War II

Weikko Jussila (UPCCEM, June 1946)
​Weikko Jussila served with the 27th Field artillery in the Pacific Theatre of war. Weikko took part in the campaigns at Eniwetok, the Marianas Islands, the Marshall Islands and Okinawa. He served 42 1/2 months overseas. Weikko was discharged from the service on October 8, 1945, at Fort Logan, Colorado, and is now employed in the Coal Company Store Department at Hanna.
