1940 July 31: Robert Terry Milliken was born in Hanna, Wyoming to Robert and Gert (Salo) Milliken.
1942 March 15: Anita Crank was born in Hanna, Wyoming to Stanley and Mildred Crank.
2010 April 9: Terry Milliken died at age 69 in Sinclair, Wyoming and was buried in Rawlins, Wyoming.

Sinclair resident Terry Milliken died on April 9, 2010. He was 69. He was born on July 31, 1940 to Robert Henry and Gertrude Kyllikki (Salo) Milliken at the Hanna Hospital. He married Anita Joy Milliken in Hanna, WY., on September 1, 1962. Terry was a lifetime member of the BPOE Elks Lodge #609, also a member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge. He had a passion for and was very involved with the Oil, Chemical and Atomic Workers Union Local #2-269, while working for Sinclair Refinery for 22 years. He retired from the Carbon County Road & Bridge after 16 years of service. He spent his time at their family cabin and enjoyed working in his garage. He is preceded in death by his mother Gertrude and his father Robert Henry Milliken, Grandparents, Emil and Fannie Salo -- William and Racheal Milliken. He is survived by his wife Anita Milliken, Brother Gary (Ruth) Milliken of Farmington, NM. Children, Tammy (Troy) Mortensen, Rod Milliken, Dale (Suzy) McCartney all of Rawlins; and Ted Milliken of Cheyenne; Nephew, Mark Milliken of Grand Junction, Colorado. Grandchildren, Tyler (Heather) Mortensen, Sean (Amanda Reed) Mortensen, Justin Whitson, Cody Whitson, and Quinn McCartney all of Rawlins; April Diaz of Fort Worth, Texas; DeShan Milliken of Frederick, Colorado; Jordan Santistevan; Ashley Milliken of Cheyenne; and Kody Matney of Montana. Great-grandchildren, Jadyn Mortensen, Wyatt Mortensen, Riley Mortensen all of Rawlins; Sara Diaz, Izzy Diaz, and Victor Diaz all of Fort Worth, Texas. Uncle Earl Dee Milliken of Hanna and Joyce and Ken Doty of Fort Collins, CO. Pallbearers will be Tyler Mortensen, Sean Mortensen, Quinn McCartney, Mark Milliken, James Franks, and Tom McCann. Honorary Pallbearers will be Earl D. Milliken and Bill Klemola. Memorial gathering in remembrance and appreciation to follow at the Elks Lodge #609 located at 403 West Buffalo in Rawlins. 2020 March 7: Anita J. (Crank) (McCartney) Milliken died at age 77 in Rawlins, Wyoming and was buried there with her husband Terry Milliken.
Anita Milliken
Anita Milliken passed away peacefully on March 7, 2020 surrounded by family at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County. She was born in Hanna, Wyoming on March 15, 1942 to parents Stanley and Mildred Crank. Her father was killed in an accident prior to her birth. Her mother, single handedly raised Anita and her older brother Dale while working in the school cafeteria. Anita married Kenneth McCartney in Hanna and the couple became parents to one son, Kenneth Dale McCartney. She later married Robert Terry Milliken and added Tammy Kay, Tad Sutton, and Rod Lee Milliken to complete the family. They made their home in Sinclair, Wyoming. Anita attended Denver Business College and obtained a degree in business. After graduation, she began a 43-year career at Sinclair Refinery. Anita enjoyed spending time at the family cabin, cooking for family and friends, and she was an avid fan of basketball and football. She loved being surrounded with family during all the holidays. Preceding her in death were her parents, brother Dale Crank, and her husband Robert Milliken in 2010. Surviving to honor her memory are her children: Kenneth Dale (Suzy) McCartney, Tammy (Troy) Mortensen, Tad Milliken and Rod Milliken. She had eight grandchildren: April and Quinn McCartney, Justin and Cody Whitson, Tyler and Sean Mortensen, Kody, Jordan and Ashley Milliken, and DeShan Milliken. Also surviving are numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on March 12, 2020 in the Jacoby Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 am.
