Bedford, John "Stub" and Veva

John "Stub" Bedford and his wife Veva were long time resident of Hanna. They lived on Tipperary on the top row of houses. John and Veva are buried in the Hanna Cemetery in Plot 376.

​John R. Bedford, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Bedford, Sr., of Hanna, Wyoming, enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps on May 4, 1942, and was stationed at Wright Field, Dayton, Ohio, with the Special Weapon Test Branch of the Air Forces. John was discharged from the armed forces on October 27, 1945. At the present time he is employed as Electrician Helper in the Hanna No. 4-A Mine. (UPCCEM, June 1946)
