Note: The community was saddened by the sudden death of Elizabeth Ann Briggs, 11-year-old daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Jos. Briggs on March 16 at the Hanna Hospital following an appendicitis operation. Especially was it a shock to her classmates of the 5th grade who will miss her smiling face and sunny nature. The funeral was held at the Methodist Church and interment in the Hanna Cemetery.
