Note: Celebrating a Beautiful Life of Adventure - Cynthia Lee Lupton Stilwill 65 years of age passed away on May 23, 2023. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia to the late Edna Lupton and Milton Lupton. She was a true Sagittarian feisty, independent, and adventurous. She loved to travel, and her motto was "Love me love my pets." She was a complex, multifaceted woman that was known for her caring, generous, always ready to help are ways that defined her. The sides of her that few saw were just as vast and complex.
Cynthia is survived by her wife, Anita Tieman; father, Milton Lupton and his wife, Sandy; two brothers, Dan Lupton and his wife, Laura and their daughter, Erin Pease and husband, Toby, and their children, Laura, Jackson, Katie and Danni, Tim Lupton and his wife Teresa, their children, Tara Lupton, Nicholas Lupton and Hayley Lupton; and a sister-in-law, Claudia Thomas. Cynthia was predeceased by her mother, Edna Lupton, her wife, Jill Stilwill and niece, Kelly Lupton.
In many ways her life was like the rugged, beautiful Wyoming landscapes that she so dearly loved. High towering, hard to reach peaks, deep dark valleys that seem endless. Wind and snow that chilled to the bone and warm open prairies that beckoned her to ride forever.
Our wish for Cynthia's remarkable spirit is that her final steps lead her on a journey that brings her to her mother, Jill, all of her pets that predeceased her. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2023 at 7:00 pm in the Hilton Christian Church by Reverend Natalie Chamberlain. (From Dan Lupton)
