Janet Leathers was born April 16, 1954 in Laramie, Wyoming to Wilford "Leo" and Dorothy Leathers. She graduated from Hanna High School. She married Joe Harnden and had one son, Ken Harnden. She died March 27, 2015 in Casper, Wyoming and was buried in the Hanna, Wyoming cemetery. (BL)
