Burned to Death
Last Monday afternoon while Willie Evans, the 4-year-old son of John Evans of Carbon, and another boy were playing together at Mr. Jackson's residence, the clothes of the Evan’s boy caught fire and while running, the flames were so fanned that the clothes on the front of his body were all burned off and the flesh so badly burned. He was so severely burned that at about 6 o'clock Tuesday evening he died from the effects. (Cheyenne Daily Leader, December 15, 1894)
